If you read my blog much then you know that I didn’t upgrade my television to digital. It just wasn’t something I was interested in. But there are some shows I still like to watch, like “24″. Our church has a home grown missionary who went to France for 12 years, married an Italian woman and raised their family in France. He moved back about ten days ago and they are attending the church. His two youngest children speak mostly French and the older ones speak at least French and English (perhaps Italian also, I am not sure) but it is neat to have these little kids running around with French accents at church.

Alright, are you ready for it? I admit it, I fully and completely confess that I like Michael Jackson music. Almost exclusively his 80’s stuff but I liked some of his things from the J5 days (who can forget ABC?). Now this is not to say that I liked the guy himself. I think that at the very least he was incredibly weird. At the worst he was a psycho child molester. But none of this changes the fact that the guy could sing. I’m not going to run out and buy an album or anything but I do like to listen to his stuff on youtube occasionally.

I think that I am the grim reaper for birds. Seriously, Yesterday I was driving a client to dialysis and I was just taking a sip of water from my cup when WHAM a bird bounces off the windshield startling me enough to splash water on myself. Then on the way back later with the same client, in almost the same place another bird commits suicide by not flying away until our vehicle is already on top of it, WHAM it bounces off the undercarriage. Tonight I was returning from dropping off a client and again WHAM off the windshield. Yes I looked in the rear view mirror each time and saw that they were in fact tumbling down the road dead. Beware birds if I draw near.
Oh, yeah, by the way Michael Jackson and Farrah Faucet also died today but you can read that anywhere.
