Looking for a place to live? Looking for that place in the New York area? There are two ways you could go about that: You could deal with a large headache trying to get four or five different real estate agencies to work together to help you find (or sell) your dream home because it is sucha huge area, or you could go to the one New York City real estate broker that would take care of all of your needs regardless of where in the New York City area you want to look. That would be Prudential’s Douglas Elliman. They are the largest real estate agency in New York with 60 offices serving 350 communities from Manhattan to Mantuak. That way you can use just one company for any place you want to look from throughout the city, Long Island and the Hamptons.

Dreams of flying
When I was a kid I had a reacurring dream that I could fly. Not for long and not very high, but I could fly. For these people, the dream has become a reality. Sort of…

How to spot a gay terrorist
First, look for anyone suspicious (this could be the gay part or the terrorist part) Then keenly observe their behaivior. If they look and act like the picture below, it is a good bet you have found one.
Vehicle woes
Yesterday I took our 1995 Crown Vic in to be serviced. There is nothing that needs doing that I can’t do myself but I just hate doing it. What needs doing? The brake calipers on the front right are shot and need replacing, the brake line on the left front is shot (they wanted to replace both on both but I said no) and the exhaust from about the drivers seat on back has to be replaced. The damage? about $600. Yesterday Kathy was in the 1995 Neon and could not avoid hitting a branch that was in the road (she would have swerved but there was oncoming traffic in the other lane) I think it wrecked a tire, that will be about $65. I think I want a horse.
Gas
So I was going to pick up my daughter from soccer practice yesterday. As I came to the corner of Oak and 17th I noticed that the Admiral station had cars 4 deep waiting for gas. Since they are usually the last to raise prices I figured the prices had gone up again everywhere else and soon would there, I had over 3/4 tank so I didn’t stop. This morning I went by and the prices had jumped 27 cents since last night.
This is how I feel after a fill up.
