OK, so I don’t actually have a “motorcycle”. In fact, my little scooter doesn’t even get the vast majority of cyclists to wave or nod at me when we pass, but even so, I am willing to bet that when something needs replaced on my bike I know where I could find it, and so can you on your motorbike. At CruiserCustomizing.com you will find over 30,000 different motorcycle parts and accessories to fully customize your ride. Stuff like memphis shades. They have brand names up to 60% off. Bathroom remodels

Filed under: sponsored, life — Kevin @ 6:19 pm

Recently one of my daughters tripped and crashed into the wall in our half bath, knocking a good sized hole in the drywall. Yea! Well, we have been planning on remodeling that room anyway. When we do, I have already purchased a pedestal sink and we are hoping to squeeze in a little corner shower stall (but I don’t know if that will fit). right now it has a big wall-to-wall mirror which, unfortunately, will have to go. When we replace it, perhaps we could get one of the Bathroom Vanities from spacify.com. They seem to be really nice and I know Kathy would like it.

Web hosting geeks

I don’t know about you but in my house, we have been feeling the crunch of the stupid soft economy (thanks Washington) and we have been trimming back here there and everywhere. The problem is, we don’t have that many places to cut back. One thing that people don’t often think about is that when you have a service and the price goes up a little each year, there is probably someone else out there who wants your business enough to start you out at a reduced rate. You could switch and save money. If you have a web hosting service you might be able to save some cash by switching to a new company. You should really go over and give the folks at webhostinggeeks.com a look. You could get wonderful bonuses like free yahoo search marketing, Google ad words, green web hosting and multiple domain hosting. They even have their top 10 web hosting, which are independent reviews of the best web hosting providers. Also, free yahoo search marketing. If you are in the market to start some web hosting, or even if you are just thinking of shopping around to save some hard earned denero, you really should give this place a look. You will not be disappointed.

Going Green and saving money

Filed under: sponsored, life — Kevin @ 4:15 pm

Even though I do NOT consider myself an environmentalist (I would say I am a conservationist) I really do believe in using less whenever possible. I have the twisty fluorescent bulbs throughout my house because they cost a lot less to use AND they do not produce much heat (so I don’t have to use the AC as much) We also try to recycle things when it is possible. For instance, we keep much of the junk mail that comes to our house and any office printing mistakes from Kathy’s office and we shred this paper to make bedding for our girls pet guinea pigs instead of buying paper bedding. (I am allergic to the wood chip kind) I also used old paper products to line our bird cage instead of just throwing them out. You would be really amazed at how much money you can save just by cutting back here and there. Our church just got a large amount of free office supplies because the packages were damaged. The Office supply store was going to throw it away which would have been a big waste. Instead we are using (we don’t care about the boxes) and everyone wins. Dolphin Blue is a good source for eco-friendly office supplies. It is the only online source where all products contain recycled materials. Perhaps you could check them out.
